FTP TESTING*
First monday of every month or by appt.
FTP Testing is recommended for all riders new to indoor cycling. This test is free and is a high intensity workout that lasts about 20 min. Once your FTP level is determined, subsequent workouts will be more accurately tailored to your ability level.
Choose from unlimited classes for $50 (December thru mid April) or daily drop in $5. Cash, check or venmo accepted upon arrival. You must reserve your spot online to ensure equipment availability.

EQUIPMENT: INDOOR ACTIVE cycling workouts utilize Saris Cycleops M2 smart trainers and PerfPro Studio cycling software. This combination creates a virtual cycling environment that automates workouts and sends course and workout information directly to the trainer that adjusts resistance on your bike. Resistance is individualized for each rider making it seamless for all abilities to ride together and promote social group riding.
