45 minute Beginners to Intermediate workout for all abilities
*Fridays are always recovery rides!
EQUIPMENT: INDOOR ACTIVE cycling workouts utilize Saris Cycleops M2 smart trainers and PerfPro Studio cycling software. This combination creates a virtual cycling environment that automates workouts and sends course and workout information directly to the trainer that adjusts resistance on your bike. Resistance is individualized for each rider making it seamless for all abilities to ride together and promote social group riding.
I recommend bringing your own bike for the most comfortable riding experience but bikes are available and if you have questions please don't hesitate to email me at
*FUNCTIONAL THRESHOLD POWER: FTP represents your ability to sustain the highest possible power output over 45 to 60 minutes whether you are a trained athlete or enjoy recreational activity. Each cycling workout is individualized to your personal FTP which is determined through a 20 minute power test. While you do not need to complete FTP testing to participate in INDOOR ACTIVE cycling workouts it is available and can significantly increase the effectiveness of your training. You can attend any FTP test which is hosted on the first monday of every month or schedule a separate time with me to come in and test.
